Burberry & LVMH Rank High in Customer Service
According to figures based on a recent WealthSurvey study conducted by the Luxury Institute, Louis Vuitton and Burberry top the list when it comes to fashion designers who provide the best “in-store customer experiences.” The criteria used to determine the scores, which were both in the high 70s, was based on merchandise, service, and store atmosphere.
